Bossley Park Community Centre is a fantastic place! As a student gaining experience, I felt incredibly supported and enriched here. The staff are welcoming and dedicated, creating a positive atmosphere for everyone. I learned so much during my time, from community engagement to running local programs. A special shoutout to Hasma, who was so helpful and made me feel comfortable and not nervous at all. It's a place where you can really see the impact of community work. Highly recommended for anyone looking to get involved or gain valuable experience!

Amazing staff and wonderful facilities!
I would like to come on here and thank the staff at Bossley Parkside community care. They always go above and beyond for their patients and it’s evident when I see my mother Mrs Jacob being well looked after.
Today we had the annual Christmas party and despite the hot weather the staff put on a lovely event! The food and ambience was amazing and most of all my mother had a great time celebrating with her fellow friends. Merry Christmas to the staff at Bossley Parkside community care and thanks again for all you do for my mother.

Yesterday Bossley Park care side community held their Christmas party and I’d like to thank all the team members for all they did to give us all a memorable day. The day was very festive, the lunch was delicious and the care and kindness the team showed towards the residents and visitors to make sure everyone had a great time is amazing.They always go above and beyond with their care and support.
All my family enjoyed the day so much.

yesterday 3/2/2023 i visited my mother in-law mrs. Jacob. i was surprises 100%. always heard bad things about aged care centers. but this place is amazing place. staff the very best. very clean place. they look after elderly people in perfect manner i tried there food WOW excellent. this is 5 star resort. why cant all age centers provide similar treatment to elderly people that's what they deserve they served our families i don't have any more words
thank you to all staff cooks administration for wonderful work you do. carry on with excellent work would recommend bossley parkside care community to all i will make media know as well i will contact current affair

I am a year 12 student, who is currently completing my cert 3 in aged care nursing. I came to this nursing home this week to complete my second work placement for my course and I loved it!!

Before I came to this nursing home to complete my second work placement, I remember going to my first work placement for my aged care nursing course and i was treated so badly. But when I came to this nursing home to complete my second work placement, I was treated so beautifully and so respectfully by everyone! I had the best time here.

Prerana, was so nice to me and treated me with so much respect. She taught me so many things, and gave me the most incredible advice every single day that I was at the nursing home this week. I was welcomed with open arms, and was made to feel so loved by the residents and staff members.

The staff that I worked with gave me the confidence and strength to learn new things each day and to complete my daily nursing tasks without feeling anxious. Thank you to everyone that I worked with this week who treated me so beautifully and with so much love and respect. There are no other words to describe how fantastic this week was!!
I had an absolute pleasure working with you all! And i appreciate all the staff member's who took the time to show me simple nursing tasks and how to complete each task that was given to me correctly.

God bless you all, I highly recommend for anyone who is completing their work placements in aged care nursing to come to this nursing home. im definitely going coming back here again for my third and final work placement.

My mother-in-law - who speaks English and Spanish - was in this facility for close to two months, until her recent passing. During that time, everyone from the reception (thank you for always greeting my toddler daughter and I with a smile, Diana), through to the medical staff on the wing to all staff, were always friendly, greeting us and our loved one with a smile and doing all they could be as compassionate, caring and helpful as possible. They were right beside us until she passed, offering such genuine love and support.

We were sceptical about all nursing homes/aged care facilities given current news and happenings in the media, however, our anxiety was quickly eased knowing our loved one was in the best possible care.

The facility is clean, the food is fresh, their were some Spanish speaking staff that could communicate with our loved one if need be, and the other residents a hoot to have a chat with (which we did on many occasions) and the ones we spoke to seemed genuinely happy to be there.

We would recommend this facility.

Such great service for the residents. Did work placement here and the staff were so kind. I’ve been to other ages Care facilities and this place caters a lot to the residents to enhance their wellbeing. Would recommend this facility to anyone
