After waiting over 3 months for an appointment and being cancelled the 1st time because the dentist didn't show up for work another appointment was created for today the front office sent me enough messages as to not forget the time , went there I have had a front tooth that is moving so bad that i can swallow it while eating I haven't used it for three months in case I swallow it as i have diverticulitis i have to be extra cautious so I don't bleed , entered room 7 a very rude person saw me took my details and then asked me why am I there explained to her my front tooth is moving badly and as i have a denture in the lower section i want to see what can be done, this babbling fool was very reassuring had zero bed side manner for a so called dentist .she said if we extract your tooth will not be added to the dentures and your dentures will not be ok they will be moving so when i tried to tell her about my concern and said so what's the point she dismissed me because according to the babbling fool she hasn't finished talking repeating the same thing , I honestly think after reading most reviews the state Government should stop funding this place apart from the front office a lot of the supposedly dentist here should not be feed let a lone employed , when I was working I paid a lot of tax so in my retirement I can use these facilities that are there to serve the public . I certainly will lodge a complaint with the MINSTER OF HEALTH re this treatment .thanks for wasting everyone's time I don't know how such a person gets a job to deal with the public with no compassion ...........

Horrible unprofessional services, they always cancel appointments, they always take too much time and the dentist hurts your gum and I feel pain the whole procedure.

Not just that they also are rude and disrespectful to non English speakers a lady came and they cancelled her appointment I was going to translate to them upon her request but they refused and then she starts crying then the lady tells her that she's crying for no reason I believe action should be taken I will never set foot in this place again.

Appalling service,i have been wating far an appointment for over 2 months and another appointment 3 months before that and they cancelled both times only a couple hours before the appointment. And when i came to the appointment they stared deflecting and saying it my fault that i didn't ansewr the phone call, and the way she spoke to me was extremely disrespectful trying to convince me that this is normal anf its my fault that i came and that it can happen for a 3rd or 4th time. They have no respect that people leave their commitments just to come to the appointment.

Hospitals are essential institutions that provide critical healthcare services to the community. A good hospital is characterized by its skilled medical staff, advanced technology, clean facilities, and compassionate patient care. It offers a range of services, from emergency treatment to specialized care, ensuring patients receive the support they need. Efficient management and clear communication enhance the overall patient experience. However, wait times and accessibility can sometimes be areas for improvement. Overall, hospitals play a vital role in promoting health and saving lives.

Staff is sometimes nice, sometimes not. They're not a big deal anyway. The worst thing about this clinic is the Asian dentist. What this guy does is complain and moan like he is a bickering housewife (about how poor our dental health is - What's it to you mate?). He is clearly not good at his job and he doesn't enjoy what he's doing. And that's not the worst part.

The worst thing is he complains about your "dental health" so much. Because he doesn't focus on his work, he botched my tooth. The second day I woke up with a terrible infection. This also happened to a friend who saw him. Please fire him. There used to be such fun, bubbly and friendly dentists who worked here back in the early 2010s, like Carmen. What happened to them?

Went to this Fairfield Hospital Dental Clinic on the 18/3/24 appointment at 2.20pm for a filling on a hole and was met with an arrogant dentist and very unlucky to have her fix my tooth, not only that my appointment was delayed more than half an hour by her because she took too long to fix the dental problem with the person before me. The filling she done on my tooth was not good and I told her about it. She refused to fix it and saying she is already delayed with her time. I was quite angry and upset and told her off that is not my fault that she canโ€™t managed her time. I told her to show me the photo of the tooth she fix, the photo doesnโ€™t look like the one she did by the look of it. I am very unhappy with her attitude and asked her name and she refused to give me. I told her my tooth wonโ€™t last long. Damn it because the filling was not done properly I have pain now. Is a waste of time and now I have to get it fix again. That dentist need to be told to change her arrogant attitude because she thinks she knows everything and be more humble. She is inexperienced with the job she did on my tooth.
Last year I have a good dentist in this clinic because the dentist have done a good job on my tooth. I donโ€™t see her that day. Please this dental clinic get someone who really has the dental expertise.
