I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at this pharmacy today. My prescription is on a 28-day repeat, and I went in one day early because I am traveling tomorrow. In the past, I’ve had no issues picking up my medication a few days earlier if necessary, but today, the pharmacist refused to help me.

The staff member I dealt with was not only unhelpful but outright rude. Instead of assisting me or trying to understand my situation, she told me, “I’m not giving it to you; go try another pharmacy.” I cannot believe how dismissive and unprofessional her attitude was.

This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially when it comes to something as important as people’s medications. I couldn’t get what I needed today purely because she didn’t want to help me. It’s clear that customer care is not a priority here, and I will not be returning to this pharmacy in the future.

If you value respectful and accommodating service, I’d recommend avoiding this place.

I have been going to this Pharmacy for over a year now and i give a high rating to George, who is the Pharmacist there, from the first day i went into the pharmacy George has been nothing but the best, always professional, very helpful, and treats everyone with respect.
He has gone above and beyond when Ive had a problem. The assistants, they have been lovely too.
I try to go in when George is working because i know he will be quick and ill be in and out no more than a few minutes, he knows what he is doing.

Never have I been to a pharmacy with a script and been turned away. I went in on Saturday asking if they had a particular medicine for my mum. They repeatedly questioned me but in the end said they would hold it until Monday for my mum to come pick up. Sure enough my mum went in first thing in the morning and when she arrived after making her wait, the pharmacist refused to give her the medicine. The attitude the staff gave both my mum and I was absolutely disgusting. You are not a doctor, if a doctor is prescribing a medication what gives you to right to decide whether or not someone is worthy enough to take it. Judging by the reviews it’s very clear I shouldn’t have gone to this pharmacy in the first place. Smh. Pathetic

I was looking at few pharmacy places near me, Wetherill Park/Bossley Park area, for certain hair colour, and only this pharmacy quickly responded, ordered and provided hair colour that I was searching for.
I am very thankful for their care .

The older lady working today with short black hair was very rude not just to me but she was being rude to all the customers.
No matter how long you have being doing your job you should still be nice to your customers.
She was very rude would not come her again

ENTER WITH CAUTION AND BEWARE OF THE ARROGANT STAFF/MANAGMENT
Pharmacist’s here definitely have issues. The way they communicate to their customers is unacceptable . I work locally and was convenient to go there. But these people don’t deserve business and I refuse to step foot in this place ever again.

Just terrible service …that really really old lady behind the register is just plain terrible, doesn’t even know half the time what she’s doing n adds her 2cents n keeps going…. if you don’t like your job you should probably retire n settle into nursing home🤦‍♂️
