I recently had a lung scan at Westside Medical Imaging and am delighted to express that the experience was excellent.
Firstly the receptionist that served me was both professional and friendly, in fact we even had a few laughs between us.
The technologist and his (I presume) assistant were fantastic in that everything was explained to me and they made sure I was comfortable and aware of what my procedure involved.
In conclusion. I state that I could not have been happier and more confident having had my lung scan at this centre.

The Sonographer was absolutely fantastic, she was incredibly patient, kind and empathetic, she made me feel comfortable throughout the entire ultrasound procedure. I would highly recommend Westside Medical Imaging at Wetherill Park Market Town. Great friendly staff and as for the service I couldn't fault it. We had an appointment today at 2pm, we arrived earlier as you do. We just sat down and with 5mins or so we were called for our procedure. The young man Vernon was fantastic very professional and easy to talk too. Great job. Thank you!

This centre was recommended by my doctor.
I tried to reach out to this centre to clarify some details of an upcoming appointment.
Very disappointed with the lack of response due to their automated booking procedure. I was not able to get through to speak to anyone even after numerous attempts. I gave up and ended up cancelling the appointment via email.
I went to iLumus imaging centre and sorted out my issue and rebooked my appointment with me.

If Westside Medical Imaging is serious about running an efficient business, I suggest they get someone to answer their phones. 👎👎👎
