Make sure you pick up your glasses and check them in store. You don’t always get what you’re expecting. But there cheap enough you can go back and get another set

I come to this store often. I came in recently and was immediately screamed at by an employee to follow her to book an appointment even though I already had one... She proceeded to question why I booked an appointment and if it was for the correct reason which is none of her business and is only for the optometrist. It was also only a check-up and I have never been asked in this manner before so it seems like they have someone (which is always the same rude lady) near the entrance to chase down everyone who walks in as I watched it happen to another person as well. On the positive note, every occasion I come to this store there are optical students who work there (I presume or graduates). They are very helpful and know what they are talking about. On many occasions they will bring a seat forth for me or give me helpful advice with glasses or my prescription. The optometrists also seem hard-working so I thank you for attending to my needs. It is the front reception which seems to be lacking in etiquette and looking at the recent reviews, it seems to be a common occurrence... A pity as this store used to be very professional. Costs have also increased, hence the 1 star...

My husband and I have been longstanding customers at Specsavers Wetherill Park - for years and years. Today my husband went in to warranty a DEFECT and they wouldn’t do it. We have bought glasses for our whole family at this store. No longer unfortunately.
