Hiba and Jason were great. Can’t recommend them both enough.

I went there as my prescription was outdated and I started not seeing very well and having headaches. They have fulfilled all my needs in a very short time and even did some additional services like cleaning my glasses and adjusting my kids’ glasses.

Very professional, efficient, understanding, and accommodating. I would definitely recommend the Wetherill Park store for anyone who needs help with their eye tests and prescription glasses.

Rediciolous I would give it zero if I could. Went there and specifically to Wetherilpark opsm and the customer service were awful, the lack of professioncy I was treated with zero respect entered there and no one helped me and was greated with awful and disappointment staring as the customer service were not even bothered to greet me neither to help me. Remember that we pay money and when we visit your store we waste money and time so being humble is great also investing in professional employees is good idea rather than investing in old ladies that have zero capacity to even answer customers enquiry. Was absolutely shocked and would never recommend it to anyone also I was a loyal customer but not any more. Highly disappointed 👎👎👎👎

Very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable staff. Great choice of frames. Usually have problems finding suitable frames for my colouring & size and shape of my face. With great help from the staff I feel I nailed it within a small time frame.
