We’ve been returning patients at Chemist Works and have had the pleasure of speaking with Bronel on three separate occasions, each one more memorable than the last! Bronel is incredibly bubbly, easygoing, and genuinely a joy to talk to. He always has the answers to our questions right away and makes the whole experience so pleasant. We always leave with a smile on our faces thanks to his amazing attitude. Truly one of the friendliest and most helpful employees we’ve come across in a long time. Everyone should be like Bronel!

Had a great beautiful experience in your store today!!
Went in to buy a lipstick!! A lovely Chelsea from your beauty department gave me the most helpful assistance, I ended up buying the colour that suited me and many more products, her knowledge of makeup was perfect! as I always struggle to buy make up that suits my face!! Chelsea made me feel special!!

I was not given the option to use my membership rewards points during my purchase, even though I asked the cashier and told her I knew I had points. She dismissed me with a rude “no.” After the transaction, I checked my receipt and saw that not only were my existing points ignored, but the new purchase (perfume) wasn’t even scanned for rewards—so I lost out on earning new points too.

When I returned to sort it out, they were too busy and told me they couldn’t help, prioritizing other customers instead of fixing a mistake that was entirely theirs. Poor skills, dismissive attitude, and zero accountability. I won’t be coming back.

I had the most amazing experience at this store this past week. I am currently awaiting knee surgery and was trying to find a better support brace or wrap to help in the meantime, and I was greeted by the most lovely woman Lorraine!

She was so attentive, patient and kind towards me, and truly gave me so much support in finding what was best for me! She took her time to measure me with tape measure to find the most comfortable fit for me and to ensure that I purchased the right one for my needs that provided the support I required.

I also explained how I have been struggling with pain, and nothing seems to be working for me, to which she informed me of a voltaren cream that i never even knew existed and I have to say, it is life changing! Between the support of the bandage and the voltaren cream, I have experienced almost no pain or discomfort and it is all thanks to Lorraine!

Lorraine went above and beyond for me, and made me feel so comfortable, listened too and supported! She was such a kind human and you can tell she really cares about each & every person she interacts with!
