The lady doctor here breached the trust I had with her. I specifically told her not to contact my old doctor and I told her this for a good reason. I didn't have to give her my old doctors information but I did because I wanted to do he right thing by her. She didn't listen at all and went and made contact when I told her not to. I told her not to do this for a good reason, so I don't know why she didn't listen but it just goes to show what sort of doctor this is.
There was another doctor there a gent, I can't remember his name but he was a good doctor. But he went to another of their practices. He was a lovely guy that I really liked.

Amazing experience, Dr Erian and staff are courteous and caring. Dr Erian particularly takes his time to methodically access and diagnose to ensure the best overall medical outcome is obtained. Me and my family always come out feeling really well looked after.

Very poor patient management and rude staff. Usual waiting time is 1-2 hours. The nurse is unprofessional and has screamed at patients for enquiring about why appointments are made during doctors designated lunch time. Overall would not reccomend to anyone looking for a professional, caring medical practice.

Very rude receptionist staff and unprofessional. Was yelled at, spoken over the top of and hung up on by receptionist when all that was asked was to confirm correct email address. Would not recommend until they hire new reception staff. Will go elsewhere.

The staff are unprofessional and i was spoken to in rude way on a few ocassions. Will not be returning to the practice since i was also verbally attacked by one rude receptionist.
