I HAVE NOW BEEN SEEING DR TRAN FOR AT LEAST 8 YEARS.
HE IS A VERY KIND SMART INTELLIGENT DOCTOR WHO IS ALWAYS ON TOP OF EVERYTHING ALSO VERY CARING.

Dr tran rushed my appointments and rushed the paperwork, missing out vital parts of the papers and constantly giving attitude and miscommunicating. Do not recommend at all

A doctor, named Dr. Tran was rude and rushed and is terrible at the job, who ever gave his degree he should be sacked, was way too rushed and showed lots of impatience

Worst surgery ever. Much better surgery when Dr Jenson owned it. Dr Jenson cared about his patients. Moved my parents to another surgery where they care and ensure that they have all their tests, they are greeted with a smile every time they come and the doctors ensure that they are looked after.
Your wife needs to be removed from the front desk she is rude and has no compassion for people she is evil and how dare you ask pensioners to pay extra money each year just to see you.Dr. Jenson would be disgusted at how you have treated his patients.

The practice manager Joanna (who just happens to be the doctor's wife) is incompassionate and cold. For someone who is meant to be running a doctor's surgery she has such disregard for patients and their needs. I had been told previously that she has this reputation in the area and unfortunately my mother and I had to experience this for ourselves. My mother has been a patient here for many years and to be treated so badly by the doctor's wife is not acceptable. The problem is my mother can't even speak to her doctor as the practice manager won't allow it (feeling guilty perhaps?). I have no choice but to put in a formal complaint.

Dr. Dien Nguyen is kind, caring and competent doctor, so are his colleagues and staff. They have always gone out of their way to fit us in, if we needed an urgent visit at times. My family has been coming to this practice for over 40year which was previously run by Dr. Sydney Yenson.

HD problem with my script walked in and was able to see the dr without an Appointment. Dr wrote me a new script and explained that my specialist had changed the dosage

Attended medical centre, absolutely disgusting manner by receptionist with Short Ash Blonde hair, extremely loud and very arrogant.
Did not take the time of day to even question my reason of being there, before she dismissed me.
This person, should not be working anywhere near the public let alone in healthcare, I can only describe her poor attitude towards me as a racial attack, due to me being Aboriginal.
This centre needs to be revised immediately and staff need to be accountable for their actions.
I will be very vocal on ensuring no one I know steps foot in this centre, with extremely poor incompetent racist staff.
