There were also a lot of people on Saturday morning. When we arrived at 8:20, there were already more than 10 people in front of us.
The one who checked in was a young Latina woman with a decent attitude, and the other one was a slightly older Latina woman who was in charge of blood collection.
They are very meticulous, so the waiting process is very long, it is very slow. I spent a total of 48 minutes on the overall item before it was finished.

Not Only the service is not good, the most important and terrible thing is that the test results are inaccurate! !! My son has a serious allergy and went for a test, but the result showed that he is not allergic. It is so unprofessional! The child had two tubes of blood drawn in vain.

Poor skill to have blood test for my baby girls. If you can't find a blood vessel, why stick the needle into baby’s skin first and stir it to look for the blood vessel. It is really hurst. I am so angry about it but I can’t do anything.

Horrible place older lady that works here hurts you when she draws blood and is very difficult to speak with. I showed up at 4:15pm and she said they were closed and the sign clearly says 4:30pm I know I was cutting it close but there were no patients in the room. I asked her as a favor to please not send me away because the last time I came she told me I had to pay cash for sending my blood work out to another lab. Her attitude was just unethical treating me like trash.

I wanna give them 5 stars for the staffs’ compassion, especially Alejandra I met today at the City of Industry location (next to AP urgent care), her friendly chatting eased my tension before blood draw, she kindly offered water that helped me with prompt specimens collection. I’ve been a hundred times visits to several Sun lab branches and had never encountered any staff like her, which changed my impression about Sun Lab. She definitely deserves recognition!

Small location. Plenty of parking spaces. There's always a line of people. It seems the line moves a little faster than the Colima location. Very limited seats available.

This is worst experience, worker here looks no working but just play with their phone, even no Patient to talk. Not help at all. I Saw a lot packages boxes everywhere, not clear. So worries about the risk of getting virus.

The guy in the front desk was very rude. It’s okay you have to close for lunch, but don’t be rude. If you hate your job and don’t like to deal with the public, go find another job.
