Attended appointment for my 8 year old son with Dr Winston Wy. We went into the consultation, he asked his questions and then said he will not see him until he completes a rapid antigen test. I don’t understand, we were already in the consultation room, if your worried about Covid he was already sitting in your room. He is an extremely rude and arrogant Dr and I suspect he is driven purely by money, as it makes no sense to send him away for a test and then to have to come back again. Terrible Dr and I will never use him again. If you want quality medical attention you need to see Dr Bajaj or Dr Singh, Dr Wy is a terrible representation for this clinic, he should not be allowed to deal with the general public. We are actively looking for a new clinic as this behavior is disgusting. A formal complaint has been lodged with HCCC and Medicare.

My family and I have been going to Wetherill Park Family Practice since I was 6 months old seeing Dr Mock and I can say they excel in all aspects of health care.

Since moving out of area 20 years ago, I travel 45 mins each way to attend appointments and find the travel is worth the quality care you receive.

I now see Dr Singh who is always polite, punctual and knowledgable.

I have a rare chronic condition that he shows an understanding and empathy towards and having a GP who is able to do all the above is a truly a gift.

The reception staff are always friendly, helpful and welcoming with a smile

I can honestly say this is the best General Practitioners office available and I would highly recommend over and over again.

All the receptionists I've encountered are a pleasure to speak to, both in person and on the phone.

And the medical staff are superb in their mannerism and professionalism.

Dr. Singh, is whom I see directly, has been the utmost honest, practical, rational and understanding doctor I've met to date.

Definitely advocate this medical center if in need of help and support. A very understanding and collected place to get the support and assistance needed.

The most rudest and discriminating medical receptionist in Sydney. Went in Saturday to see if I could get a PCR done for influenza and I got denied entry and got told off by the receptionist without even entering the centre could be because of my skin colour not sure.
Please avoid this centre at all cost there are so many other centres where you will be treated fairly.

I highly recommend Dr Mock and Dr Lai. They are extremely skilled and knowledgeable across many aspects of general practice. They certainly put patients first, and are dedicated to passing on their knowledge to the next generation of junior doctors who are leaning.
