Dr.Ata Rehman been looking after my heart for nearly 2 years.He done some important changes the way I look after my health.He change my blood pressure tablets after seeing me the 2 times and motivate me to do some exercise before I met Dr.Ata I can't walk 1 km with out running out of breath.Last week I walk 3 km and took me nearly 2 hrs then after 2 days I walked 6 kms and took me nearly 3.5 hrs. then after 2 days 10 kms.Rest for 2 days.Walked 16 kms. and took me 5.5 hrs with 1.5 hrs break.Just finished my check up and he was happy with my new blood pressure readings and my ECG.This is one way of thanking him not just for me but for the other patients he looked after.I will be 76 years old this coming August and never felt stronger.Thank you Dr.Ata make you continue helping people like me.

I attended the Cardiac centre today at Wetherill Park and I was extremely happy. Got in on time for the ECG, and considering the busyness of such a place, I got to see Dr Ullah within a reasonable time as well. Mary at the reception was also exceptionally professional at her work. She was always polite and was always happy to assist the many clients walking in and out. Good job!
Thanks so much for today and for organising the additional 3 tests as requested by Dr Ullah.

Well A person does not have to be on reception/on-call if he/she have no idea about the procedure or policy things. Upong calling i was informed that I am covered under my private Health insurance. When i reach there, they demand for the money and then will get back from insurance. Which is totally fine. And they said we charge MBS. Now after making inquiry from insurance I got to know that this clinic charged me at their own rates and insurance can only claim according to the MBS. Although if this clinic is charging it more, should have told over the phone while making an appointment or at the tome of payment at counter. At counter when ypu talk, they straightaway said that was other person not me. Whoever it is must have to follow 1 policy and have to explain all the charges. Also the clinic was not aware that what tests have to be done. We left and then we got a call from clinic that we forget to do the ECG please come back. Which means i paid 305$ for 10 minutes chita chat of my patient and get nothing. What rubbish thing. We deal with Dr Atta Rehman at wetheril park

As I am unable to respond on your theory you have responded me back, so I have to write a reply from this account.
As yu stated "you dont take poor ratings lightly" also you have written " there is some miscommunication at our end".
So it means i can say as well the miscommunication at your end. Before the day of appointment when I called the person said we cover private insurance but he didnt tell that you have to pay first and then get it from insurance. Which is his duty to explain how things works if you are at front desk job. (Number 1 miscommunication)

Fine, on appointment day when I came there and talk to the person at front desk he said no you have to pay first and get it done from insurance. I said yesterday you could have told me this, that I have to pay first and then money will be back from insurance. And the person said I was not on the phone. Someone misguided you. This was said by your reception person. (Number 2 miscommunication)

Then I called my husband and he advised me to call insurance. I called insurance and insurance asked me to give "ITEM NUMBER" When my turn came then i was given the item number.
I spoke today feb 07,2025 with some lady over the phone and she was saying that ECG was not required initially so we did not do before you went to the Specialist.
At this spot you have already taken money for specialist fee & ECG. So basically you cannot say this at this stage. (Number 3 miscommunication)
Now comes the best part. As over the phone you tell a different story and on this review you have written another story. I left for my home as specialist said good to go home.

After leaving around 10-12 minutes a lady called me and said. Sorry we forget to do your ECG, can you please come back. I went back and did ECG. Here If you were not sure initially that ECG is required, then why did you charge me. And if it was required later then the person call me to come back can say this ECG is required rather to say we forget to do ECG (Number 4 miscommunication)

What you have write and what you have told me over the phone is not matching. If your calls are recorded for quality and training purposes. Please listen and check there. Nobody has enough time to debate over the reviews section. If someone is writing then definitely there has been some thing happened.

If you really want to improve with clients feedback then never ever write things "clearly there has been miscommunication in terms of your understanding"
