Rather dysfunctional. Waited over 30min at reception as only one receptionist. Parking is very limited

incompetent receptionist. you are not self-employed, do your job properly. needs more training with customer service skills and phone skills. i also agree with the other review, accent does not help as well. don't care if you're having a bad day, you are there to work and act more professional.

please hire competent receptionists as they are working for NSW health, an actual gov't job.

embarrassing

I do sincerely agree with giving people from other countries work in Australia. What I don't agree with is hiring receptionists with heavy Indian accents. No offence but it is really difficult to understand them and I cannot fathom why senior management has done this. It's bloody ridiculous.

I've been to multiple different clinics here and they have all been exceptional from the front desk staff to the surgeons that come and see me.
