A year & 3wks ago 23/3/24 I got my new $800 titanium glasses, So after my glasses had been in for repair twice in the first 2mths 1st wire cut from frame that stuck into my eyebrow, 2nd crack in frame in same area catching hair on by eyebrow, So I requested a new pair as the assistant was going to replace them with the display pair the 2nd time I took them in!!!!! Now just 3wks out of warranty I don’t have a pair of glasses only a pair of lenses!!!!! Oh & they broke in the same area of the problem that they were originally put in for!!!! As nothing else can be done unless I buy a new frame to put them in!!!!! I’ve only ever needed to renew my glasses every 2yrs & NEVER have a had a frame break before So Much for the TITANIUM BEING UNBREAKABLE.
ONE VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER & remember a happy customer gets you more clients I will be quite vocal in my opinion regarding this store.

Lovely crew but very expensive compared to other optometrists. Almost doubled price in fact.
Had lens’ replaced (single vision) with the blue light filter covering and it cost over $350 with eyeQ. Oscar Wilde optometrist can do the same thing for $169

The optometrist Jessica was amazing! So friendly and made me feel very at ease. The reception ladies were also very helpful and friendly. So happy to have such amazing service so close to home.

As a previous customer of Peter Rose of 34 years, the 'service' I received yesterday was appalling. Peter has sold the business, and the new management could learn a thing or two from him. After 34 years you have lost me, which is a shame. Spec Savers for me now. Better service for half the price. Enjoy your retirement, Peter. I'm sad to see you go.

I had my eyes tested recently. Jessica was very professional and carried out a thorough examination on my eyes. Explained things in a way that made sense and I felt comfortable with the process.

I was then attended to by someone else to assist with the selection of new glasses and she was very patient with me. Thank you for all your help!

Staff are friendly, professional and very helpful. Highly recommended.

The optometrist was lovely and I felt that she listened to me and addressed any questions I had. When choosing the frame nothing was too much trouble the whole thing was a pleasant experience and I feel very happy with my selection, all the staff are so friendly and welcoming, honestly the best service that I have every had in purchasing new glasses.
