Our Doctor Srinivasan is a very very good sympathetic. He is a doctor who is for the wellbeing of his patients. He loves his job and takes pride in diagnosing the symptom's accurately, goes beyond the duty of call. I would recommand him to anyone seeking a good doctor we have been with him from 1993 and know him well.

I had a disappointing experience with this clinic due to the receptionist's behavior. I was entitled to a discount for physiotherapy, but the receptionist refused to apply it, claiming that I wasn’t a “regular patient.” despite the fact that I only needed medical attention due to this injury and had been seeing the doctor from the start. She did not even bother verifying with the doctor my entitlement for the discount.

Other GPs I contacted confirmed that I should receive the discount and only needed to have my injury assessed. This was my first experience with a GP in Australia, and I’m quite dissatisfied with the service provided. I will not be returning to this clinic.

While the doctor was nice, the overall service was lacking, leading me to give this negative review.

Dr Srinivasan is and the most honest Dr there is, I have the utmost respect for him, We've been seeing him for over 15yrs and what a pleasure it is to be one of many patients that get to have him as our family Doctor.
Every appointment we have, has never been hurried out or ignored, He is always making time for every patient he sees which is very much appreciated by us all.
His wife is also the most helpful and kind woman I've known all these years!

I don't usually post reviews but I felt compelled to leave Dr Srinivasan one. Despite arriving five minutes before closing time on a Saturday afternoon, Dr Srinivasan and his team were able to accommodate me! The team was very friendly and had smiles on their faces even though it was clearly their home time! They had to stay back 20 minutes for me which I really appreciated. Other doctor surgeries should take note!
