We have been going to Simply Pharmacy Lakeside for the last 5 years with no problems. I have my Webster Packs filled there and in the last 3 months we've had at least 5 different problems that we've discussed with the Pharmacist each time. At the moment my wife and I are sitting in the shopping centres dining area waiting for them to do my packs! Prior to Simon leaving there was never a problem but now I'm sorry to say we're seriously considering going to another chemist.

I love going in on the weekends to be served by Tahlee and Clayton. They greet you with a smile, are very professional and nothing is ever too much trouble for them. Thank you for making my visit very enjoyable.

The older female pharmacist Shirly, is incredibly rude and judgemental, she also seem to think she can diagnose people and give them medical advice uninvited. Will never go back.
All floor staff and the male pharmacist are wonderful people, however the few negative experiences with shirly make the place aweful. Even the staff are different on the days that she is in.
