I was coming to Optimum Health and performance for about 1 year. I was first seen by Brett weekly then fortnightly and then did a few sessions with Danielle by then end. Both were amazing to be treated by, we were able to have a good laugh and also were great at explaining my type of injury and the best plans moving forward as well as in future. After moving fresh from Sydney with a broken foot i wasn't sure what to expect. The older lady at the front is really welcoming and helpful in person and on the phone. my experience with my phiso and massage therapy, there very well experience and good at explaining whats happening with my injury and what stage it's going through aswell as treatment. I would highly recommend kyle m his amazing at what he does... and also massage therapist Shannon she definitely helps relax and relieve the pains and stiffness.

I’ve been coming to see Alex and his team for nearly 4 years now.
Initially as an assessment before a shoulder strengthening procedure before and after was worthwhile.
I’ve sent my children to see Alex I trust him and Optimum that much.
I will continue to see these guys on a regular basis to keep my body in alignment.

Simply the best physio I have been too.
All of the staff from the receptionist right through to the owner are all amazing to deal with and extremely helpful.
