A substandard service, unsupportive of families. Extremely inexperienced therapists and an owner who will not respond to concerns. Avoid at all costs. I’ve seen a lot of excellent therapists in 20 years of teaching students with special needs and there was not one thing at this centre, from the overpriced report, to the repetitive, non goal aligned sessions that could be called effective therapy. I approached the owner to gently raise my concerns and was ignored for weeks at a time and finally sent a rude and dismissive email telling me “ I didn’t trust the therapeutic process”. The owner did not even pick up the phone and speak to me! Simply responded to my initial concerns I had raised with the receptionist. I have never communicated with such an unprofessional health services provider in any capacity.

My 15 year old son who is autistic has been linked with this organisation for a while now seeing Callie. I couldn’t speak highly enough of her dedication to the children . She is knowledgeable, energetic and empathetic.
