$5000 down the drain. Surgery was a complete failure and did nothing, if anything my ankles worse than it was before. As a full time athlete this is devistating for me. Cracks 15-20x a day, I still can't run properly, and can't flex it properly. Was given no rehab at all and the surgeon was "too busy" to talk to me after surgery, but it turns out he was actually sipping cocktails overseas spending my money. Now I'm looking at potential hip problems because of it. Completely ripped off.

The disrespect and arragance I was given from this place was a joke. They're not as smart as they pretend to be, I don't know where the arragance comes from. My dorsiflexion measurements were worse post surgery and have never improved since surgery 9 months ago.

Surgeon report was disgraceful, completely illegible. Me and several other people couldn't read it at all. It's unbelievabable that people on 6-7 figure incomes get away with this garbage and poor results.

I've been to two different surgeons here and had issues both times (including being given an incorrect diagnosis because patient files were mixed up). The more recent visit, I felt quite dismissed. I had read my MRI report (to the best of my ability) and when I queried the proposed treatment path (full boot for 4 months) I was pretty much told to go elsewhere then. Lucky I did, because the boot was completely the wrong path and would have caused so many problems and wasted time. I did give feedback via email after this incident, and they never responded.

Dr. Bateman is one of the best surgeons I have ever met in my life and extremely honest and precise diagnosis. With him the patient comes first not the dollars , some thing that is lacking in neuro surgeons and many other orthopaedic surgeons, If Bateman is looking after you you are in real good hands

I visited Dr. Stuart Grey with my wife, she had pain in her knee, and in a need for knee replacement surgery. The doctor said she is too young, which is true, but she is in constant pain, so we insisted, and he sent us to another doctor for second opinion, saying if that doctor says he recommends the procedure then Dr. Grey will do the surgery. We followed through, got the recommendation, but Dr.Gray then denied to do the surgery, or even to give us a ballpark about cost. I don't recommend him. Reception and administration is average, so score 1+3/2=2

I had a full knee replacement with Dr Ed Bateman 2 months ago. This wonderful doctor has given me back my life, I mean that seriously. I was depressed, in pain and not really feeling like battling on with my painful knee. Ed changed all of that for me. He is a fantastic surgeon and compassionate in his dealings with nervy patients ie people like me. I not only fully recommend Dr Bateman I urge you not to put off surgery because of fear. When you are pain free it's all worth it and Ed will help you get there.

The initial process of my hand surgery was great with Steve Marchalleck, but literally never got a call back post-op to determine whether there was an issue or not. I have had x-ray's and called COSI roughly 5 times to see if he had viewed them. It's at the point where who knows if the pins in my finger are healing correctly, only time will tell I guess.

I waited 3 months to see Ed bateman.
He had an amazing reputation, I was sadly disappointed. Not only did he not let me speak he rushed through the whole appointment and tried to say if I wasn’t ā€œ overweightā€ my shoulder injury wouldn’t of happened and if I have ever tried to diet before, he also said I was able to return back to work, which I did and further injured myself. I finally saw another specialist who listened to me and sent me for an MRI and X-ray. My first rib is pushing into my nervous system and I’ll be needing surgery, I will be off for a further 3 months.
Wouldn’t recommend bateman.
