I cannot fault the wonderful drs and nurses. Totally amazing. Michelle head of ward surgical 2, is definitely worth her weight in gold.
They worked as a team and remained in sync when several crisis situations arose, using valuable knowledge and expertise to manage delicate and sensitive situations. Real understanding made me feel more comfortable. Everyone from the cleaners to kitchen staff are friendly and compassionate of all situations.

I recently spent 10 day's in Gosford Private hospital in ward 2 and had 2 lot's of surgery 1 which was an emergency surgery on a Sunday night. I just wanted to say a big thank you to all the nurse's that looked after me during this time. The Num Michelle was fantastic thank you so much for all your help. And also a big thank you to Irene and Dippin 2 of the most caring nurse's I've ever meet. Thank you all for going above and beyond.
Definitely 5 star service from everyone. Keep up the good work 👏 ❤️❤️❤️

I woke up in recovery today to the most wonderful recovery nurse Isaac
He was genuinely kind & caring.
He was quick to get me a blanket when I was cold. He acted promptly when I felt nauseous.
He made me feel so comfortable & cares for.

Have been there several times over 12 years and have always had high praise, pre theatre and recovery excellent care however the ward nurses were not great, poor infection control procedures, had dirty bed post op and that was the way it stayed till i left 2 nights /2 days later. All very dissappointing this admission

I had minor surgery a few weeks ago requiring an overnight stay. From start to finish, everyone was professional, kind and helpful. As I was leaving I lost a set of medication , but didn't notice until I was at home half an hour away. One call to the surgical ward and the person I spoke to organised replacement scripts and had emailed them to my local pharmacy. Thanks everyone.

Meals where very very standard, quality of service gone way down hill since jy last stay. Never changed bed sheets ever while in the ward. No doctors when needed thank God for my neurosurgeon who came to see me.
