Where do I begin!
From reception to management and all the surgeons and nurses, these people are nothing short of professional, caring, knowledgeable and understanding.
The receptionists from the first call have been amazing. They went out of their way to assist and accomodate me when making appointments and made the process a breeze from start to finish.
The company all work together to provide such a service you can’t fault.
I would recommend these guys to anyone.

So disappointed by this experience. Spoke to the receptionist about the possibility of changing my appointment 2 days prior. I asked if I could double check my diary and confirm. She told me I didn't give enough notice, threatened to take my deposit and hung up on me. I rescheduled my work so that I could attend. I called back shortly after to confirm my appointment but the line was busy so I instead sent them the confirmation text. I attended the appointment, which was an hour away, only to be told that she had cancelled my appointment and they couldn't see me that day. She did not offer an apology or show any remorse for her error. I don't usually complain but I have never experienced someone so rude and unprofessional. I've decided not to go ahead because of how uncomfortable and unwelcome I was made to feel

Honestly the best practice I have ever dealt with. Jane was always attentive to my questions and more then happy to see me anytime I had questions, Leanne and Hayley were absolutely lovely to deal with over the phone and in person every single time. Courtney is amazing at her job for all my follow up appointments. Dr Gazi is fantastic honestly can’t recommend him enough. I am over the moon with my results so far and can not fault any of my dealings with everyone here.

The Benchmark Practice!

I had to have some extensive reconstructive surgery correcting aggressive skin cancer on my nose. I therefore have had many dealings with this practice. I have the utmost respect and praise for the entire staff of Coastal Plastic Surgery & Medi Spa.

Hayley went above and beyond every time. She tenaciously followed up many times and kept me updated every occasion possible. She pushed things around to urgently fit me in. She got me appointments when there wasn't any etc. etc. Jackie also helped more than she will ever realize.

Courtney nursed me through my recovery journey treating both my physical wounds as well as my mental health. I cannot thank her enough for everything she has done for me. I am forever grateful and actually get quite emotional every time I reflect on how much she helped me.

Dr Hussain is an absolute magician with the patience of a saint. Even the Anesthetist and nurses in both of the hospitals I was treated respect and admire Dr Hussain. I look at his work every day with complete admiration. Dr Hussain is the ultimate professional and absolutely lovely.

Throughout my visits to this practice I have had dealings with other staff members and each time the same impeccable service and warmth has been provided.

Throughout my journey I have been treated with respect, courtesy, and made to feel like part of the family. Nobody could ask for more than that!

I can not rave enough about Coastal Plastic Surgery. The reception staff have been beautiful. The Nurse Courtney has been wonderful. Jane has been SO accommodating and always there to help you when ever you needed to ask about anything. Leanne thank you for all your help.

Dr Gazi's expertise and professionalism as a surgeon is Top Class. He is at the highest level of his profession. He has been a real gentleman.
His bed side manner is Top Class. His skill as a surgeon is amazing. I have the results to prove it.
His advice and caring manner as a Doctor is exceptional.

I woke from the anesthetic and he was there comforting me straight away. I believe he is the very best in his field. I have heard some horror story's from others that experienced the same procedure as i did. But my recovery has been exceptional due to his advice and guidance. From the start of my journey to the very end he has been there the whole way.
Would i recommend Dr Gazi and Coastal Plastic Surgery for any procedures ?
