Just Better Care have been assisting my mother with in-home care for a few years now, and they are brilliant at what they do. Vanessa and her team tailor the right programs to allow Mum to live independently in her own home. All the carers bend over backwards for my mother. They give her the care and support as if she were their own mother.
Just Better Care raise the bar and set new standards for others to follow in the field of in-home care and support.
I give them 5 stars, only because I can't give them 10. Just brilliant.

I take pride in working for Just Better Care Central Coast, my co workers are always doing an excellent job in their roles. I have had a great experience working for this company for nearly 3 years. I always hear great feedback from our clients about the services they receive. The staff in the office who coordinate all of our services do so much behind the scenes to make sure all of our clients have the best of care and feel comfortable and safe. Just Better Care are easily the most supportive and considerate company I have ever worked for. I have been employed with JBC for 17 months and from the beginning they have been highly attentive, considerate and always helpful, no matter the time of day. The work hours are flexible and ongoing training is provided by the company. The staff are not only friendly and kind but they genuinely care about the well-being of both staff and clients, which is something to be commended. They are willing to go above and beyond to make sure all parties are happy and safe, and this is something you don’t always see in the industry (unfortunately). I would be happy to highly recommend this company to anyone needing support or otherwise.

I'm a care worker for Just Better Care and I am so impressed by the care and professionalism of this company. The team are all lovely to work with, they are always available if I need guidance and are very understandable of my flexible work needs as a mum of two little kids. We get regular training and fun staff events. I recommend JBC for anyone considering working for them 🙂

Over a number of years I have been happy with the competence, commitment and level of care shown by the staff of JBC. The regional director, Vanessa, has, in my opinion, gone out of her way to provide for my needs, whether for personal care or domestic assistance and the carers/cleaners have been, by and large, people who have performed their duties cheerfully and professionally.

As a casual employee of Just Better Care Central Coast, I have no complaints and can honestly say I really enjoy my job.
I find the office staff and management very professional and approachable they will spend time to address any concerns that are raised. I value the ongoing training we receive and feel fully supported to do the best job I can. I also appreciate the level of autonomy we have, whilst working within the company guidelines. I like feeling part of a team and enjoy the informal social get togethers that are organised where staff can share information and have fun. I forgot to mention, that the feedback I receive on the job is that people are very happy with the service they receive.
