The questions they drill you with when you need something you've had before I know my symptoms and what I need but being asked a million questions gets stressful it would make anyone walkout and go elsewhere

Definitely, after 30 years a customer; this business requires an injection of warmth, a handful of humour tablets and way less arrogance in general. Apart from mmm, maybe 3 staff? Only chemist for a few klms, extremely busy, high stress and highly professional but often misses the being nice to people bit. Especially carers, who already have a big unpaid, unrecognised, workload. I have left. Add if one is older, you may be a walking target for impatient ridicule.

Visited on Thursday to drop a prescription off, they didn’t have it and would have to get it in. Went to pick up on Tuesday only 2 staff and pharmacist. Was ignored for 15 minutes before leaving. Went back today (Thursday) a week later, and they had to go looking for it. Service is always subpar. Think from now on I’ll drive the extra 5 minutes to Thornton for better service and not be ignored.

I went into this pharmacy looking for baby products whilst being in a new area and I was greeted with such great customer service from Jess. She was able to reassure a first time mum and was able
to find a better product then what I was looking, I will be back for sure if I need anything while down that way.
