This was a wonderful programme led by a kind and instructive physiotherapist. Each of the 45 min sessions started with a chair warm up and ended with a chair cool down. Some weeks we did a circuit with a variety of exercise stations using equipment brought in by the trainer. We also did tai chi, balance exercises with a partner - very important for seniors- learned how to get up from falls on the floor, how to bend correctly and much more. I thoroughly enjoyed each session and each was paced and targeted to our level of fitness or injuries. I highly recommend this program and especially since it is government funded and free, including the two home visits by a qualified physio! I learned a lot and can now do most of the exercises at home.

We are grateful to Physio Angela for all the diligent care and gentle support she has provided our Mum in her aged care facility.

We sincerely appreciate Angela's dedicated approach to trying to improve and maintain Mum's comfort level in her current situation.

Angela has given our family numerous updates on Mum's progress and these have been thorough in their evaluation, as well as providing some insight into the real issues our Mum faces day to day.

Community Therapy has provided a very professional service to my mother, aged 88. The attention, respect and just nice quality care has been excellent by their nominated physiotherapist, Stephanie. The staff and especially Issy are very caring, polite, professional and dedicated. The remedial massage I receive always makes an improvement.
The communication keeping me informed with appt times are accurate and punctual, which is worked in to suit my needs.

My elderly father required some assistance after becoming wheelchair bound in late 2017. Scott has always treated my father with dignity and respect and has been able to create a friendly yet professional raporè. I would highly recommend this service, they are reliable, punctual and trustworthy.
