This is literally the worst experience I have ever had. Staff were discriminative against me and forced the wearing of a mask during strenuous physical activity which resulted in dizziness and shortness of breath. This was counterproductive as stress inflated the heart rate and gave false results. For the price I paid this company is disgusting. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Booked in for a Heart Stress Echo test two months ago. I missed 4 calls in preceding days to the appointment but no msgs were left on my phone. No text or email followed. I called on the morning of my appointment to find they had cancelled it because they couln't contact me. They left a msg with GP but they did not contact me. I called the clinic back to ask why no msg was left on they said my msg service was inactive. I then check and confirmed it was not working and have now reset it.

Not happy.
This place didn't perform the correct test that was stated on the referral, and I only found this out by gooogling to what a stress echo was and realised thats not what they did so i rung up to re book to get the stress echo and there was no apology given and a long wait for the next availability. The reception staff are quite rude. Annoyed about the time wasted doing the incorrect test. Will definitely not go here again. You should be able to trust these people would actually read your referral properly. I understand people make mistakes but an apology or a sooner booking to compensate would have been nice. The referral clearly stated stress echocardiography.

My wife has visited hear for about 5 years for reviews - last review showed surgery was required - Simon was not rushed in giving of his time to explain process - waiting room displays reason why delays can be expected so we are not worried about waiting a bit longer - staff we have found to be excellent - would highly recommend Simon for someone in need of cardiology service.

WILLIAM EVEN PHONED ME AT HOME UPDATING RESULTS.

A wonderful place all the staff are so caring, I had some terrible experiences over the last 26 yrs with my heart with other cardiologists and there horrible receptionists, but never at this centre, all the staff and Drs are just lovely,respectful,caring & amazing
I totally recommend them, they got me sorted straight up & in surgery and fixed immediately

The Receptionist were extremely rude when we arrived and spoke to my husband like he was an idiot. The mobility parking is terrible and not suitable. I wouldn't recommend this service. Very disappointing.
