Best lab your going to find that can take all the insurances and give you quicker turn around times than the competition. The other negative reviews are related to common billing issues with ALL labs. I've had others that reported things to my credit report and had bill collectors harass me. You should look at what your doctors are billing for those 5 minutes of just talking to you, lol.

Im a Healthcare Consultant, and can tell you that these labs have super expensive equipment, have to have stringent infectious disease protocols, protective gear, highly trained staff, expensive chemical reagents, specialized cleaning, and routine technical licensing fees. These costs may be passed on to insurance companies and then written off, but rarely ever paid, and NEVER are paid by the patient themselves.

25 minute phone call to pay an invoice. Ridiculous. Unacceptable. Inefficient. I'm trying to give you money. Make it easy. This could have been handled with an internet payment portal in 3 minutes. I'm happy to pay an electronic processing fee. Get into the 21st century.

Brio is Very helpful! Their turn around rate is awesome. Out here in kern county there's not a lab I could find to get 24hr turnaround. I would highly recommend them.

Brio Clinical submitted lab bills to my insurance companies in the amount of 752.52 for 48 hr turn around COVID 19 pcr test? The average pcr test a costing around $137. That’s a pretty steep difference on price. Who pays for this difference? Government? Myself?

Did you pay for pop up free COVID testing sites to conduct pcr testing? Then use that information scam bill the insurance companies for more money than the average test cost?

I kindly ask that you conduct your business differently in the future. If you continue this practice it will hurt consumers, the health care industry and my faith in mankind.
