Dr Singh is a lovely man, and kind doctor.
The receptionist is horrible, her attitude is incredibly disrespectful.
She literally rolled her eyes at me and cut me off while explaining something, just for her to then ask me the exact question I was just answering. But it wasn’t just me, she was rude to everyone that entered, or called.
One star, because the reviews speak for itself. They need to get rid of her.

Dr's are great and do a good job, they need to do a proctectomy at the the reception desk and remove the a-hole! She doesn't return your greeting, talk's down to you disrespectfully, feel sorry for the practice as she alone lowers the standards.

Doctor fantastic but I’m sorry 1 star because what is the go with the receptionist!! She is so rude! No greeting walking in, rolled her eyes at me. Don’t even get me started on waiting in the waiting room and having to listen to her talk awfully to patients over the phone. Doesn’t surprise me the other reviews say the same thing. She really brings the place down. Disappointing that someone like that is dealing with what could be very sensitive matters for patients.

Dr Singh is the OG of doctors, a very rare find. You can tell he has a true parent's heart towards his patients. Not sure about all the other reviews on the receptionist, I thought she was lovely.

The doctors are absolutely amazing but jen at the front desk is so rude and doesn’t communicate with you properly about future appointments. she needs replacing honestly go work at a prison or something if you’re going to be so rude.

Doctors is usually always busy but not always but sometimes you wait 5 minutes sometimes you wait 4 hours with dr Singh and his daughter,now people over 18 are no longer bulk build and it's no longer a walk in,you now have to call to book appointments

I haven't been there in years, I walked in today as the Dr I see is on holiday, Dr Singh still has that rude unfriendly depression of a receptionist. I walked in! I thought she might have changed! But no! So I walked out.she makes the whole environment depressing. I do like Dr Singh though

In medicine experienced doctors are better at making decision about your situation real quick. I hate when doctor who studied for years can't make one decision on their own why bother studying for years then?. But Dr Harpaul is distinguished gentleman and highly experienced knows what is good or what is bad.
