DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. EMPLOY A DIFFERENT REHAB PROVIDER. This company was employed to do an insurance home assessment The final report was inaccurate, full of mistakes and misleading to say the least. The work they did was simply to profile and glean information for the insurance company as possible and there was zero support for the client at the end. The whole process was extremely invasive I would not allow these people into my home again under any circumstances. Having read the reply from prudence let me also add they know who I am.

I would like to comment on the wonderful support I have received from Mattie Peach. After back surgery, Mattie has been involved to assist me with so many options to assist with my recovery by providing expert guidance and recommendations and equipment to assist me. From helping with coping in my home in the form of aids, to assisting greatly with recommendations & equipment to make my day-to-day working on the computer much more comfortable, which will aid me greatly in my recovery.

Mattie's expertise, professionalism and very caring manner has been greatly appreciated. Mattie is very prompt to respond and keep me informed, and is a credit to the Prudence Rehab organisation.

I have never needed to engage with a company like Prudence Rehab before, however, I can tell you that my experience was exceptional.

I was ethically treated and supported like a human being throughout by some very professional and skilled fellow human beings.

I appreciate each individual that supported me and what value Prudence Rehab adds to our society.

I would highly recommend anyone else using their services.

Although my experience with Natalie Lamb with return to work was extremely positive star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

With the finding new position was quite the opposite!
After being swapped about from staff turnover many times not contacted for months on end.

Then given Gina Marissa who by the way never turned up once to ether meet with me or doctor to understand the situation!
Wollongong to Liverpool was to far away I guess to do your Job

Gina had just decided I can drive a forklift which by the way I was already doing for 4hrs a day with brakes every hour.
That they were the jobs Gina would target no matter how many times Gina was told!
Then decided I was being negative and wrote a negative report about me that kept coming up when ever it was to someone else’s advantage!
Months later I got a call from Prudence to ask how my experience was and expressed my opinion as well!
You would think there would be a follow up on my complaint but no. So I guess there only interested in positive feedback no surprise there! As I have only seen one negative feedback on here that reads much the same!

I should have been worried form the start when Gina was bragging of how experienced Gina was!
Well I’m dyslexic so writing feedback isn’t really my thing but here it is as a warning to all!

I wonder weather they will contact me now!

Yes now I have been in contacted and have not as yet been given a solution or a reason as to why after contacting me on a survey they had not acted till now!
Only to inform me that Gina wasn’t working for them any longer due to in satisfactory work!

But the only solution is that I myself should solve the problem created by one of there employees at the time not really helpful nor taking responsibility!

There sorry for my bad experience so why not fix the problem?

Prudence rehab assisted me with my get back to work plan and associated schedule. Brilliant service all around, my case worker was Michael, whom I highly reccomend! Great guy, friendly, and really helped me when I was at my worst! Thanks again guys - Stuart!

Wasn’t a positive experience in Shellharbour, the guy doing the assessment was very condescending and said “good luck with the job application”at the end knowing full well that he had not passed me on it and would not recommend me for the position applied for, thus me not getting the position. He even said that it was more of a generic assessment and the position applied for wasn’t physically demanding.
Report from them also stated a whole bunch of information not discussed by the guy at the time.
There was also an undertone of fat shaming in the report sent to employer.

No I will not be contacting you regarding this, I have a copy of the report and what the recruiter told me. There was definitely comments made on the report that are prejudice in nature and not relevant to the position applied.
