I’m a NZ trained doctor who came across Blugibbon from a sponsored ad funnily enough. I had just commenced unpaid maternity leave and was not ready to return back to work so I planned a working holiday for the family and I. I took the chance and signed up to Blugibbon- now months later working in Australia- I can hand on heart say it was the absolute best thing I had done. My agent was Celina Stuart and she made my life a breeze! I literally city hopped around Queensland and Victoria with a 5 month old baby, a fiesty little 4 year old and husband. Celina organised my placements with such ease, her communication was prompt and nothing was too much of an issue. I have since come back home to New Zealand however I am already counting down to my next locum placement. I enjoyed Celina and the team so much that I referred a few friends from New Zealand and one of them will be starting working soon with Blugibbon. Thank you also to Brad from payroll who was always so helpful in answering all of my questions and the best part was we got paid weekly!! Missing the Blugibbon but cannot wait to return! BluGibbon has been a fantastic agency. There are lots of agencies about, but I’ve found them to have a very personal approach, which is different to a lot of the larger agencies my friends have used. In particular, Celina has been a great agent this year! She works hard to get you what you want, is super personable and really takes an interest getting to know you as a person, as well as what you want in a work capacity. We also met up in person whilst I was in Alice Springs which was lovely. Thanks Celina!
