Done 2 contracts before with BPN. Dealt with the toughest onboarding recently. A lot of bumps on the road. This team, literally everyone, made all their best efforts, even after hours and weekends, ensuring all goes well up to the start date. Checking time to time that all is well on my end.
1. Securing contract. In a market with thousands of qualified applicants and evolving demand for contract nurses, they made sure I got one on my available dates.
2. Compliance. They have the sharpest eyes on details that may be missed. Facilities may be a bit tricky looking for more. Their officers are constantly on the move that a candidate is up to date with mandatories. Phone calls, emails, they’re constantly there.
3. Pay rate. Despite the fact that travel nursing pay rate has declined significantly in efforts of the government or private sectors to cut down cost, BPN offers one of the most competitive rates in the market.
4. Travel. They ensure that the needs of a candidate are met at the most possible way. Need more luggage allowance? Fixed.
5. Welfare check. At the start, in between and at the end of the contract, constant checkins are done by their staff ensuring the well being of the nurse.
