The nurses and doctors here are nice but the service/timetabling needs to be more efficient. I was informed that basically they try smash as many people early to avoid people in the afternoon but in doing so, many clashes in scheduling and you end up compensating by waiting ages for your own appointment. Personally for myself I was waiting close to an hour.
The nurse was thorough with her job but the doctor was a bit less confident and at times would question what was next in the procedure. Made me feel doubtful but everything seemed to have worked out.

Would give Zero stars if I could, the worst, most incompetent Medical providers on the planet for Order 43 Mine Medicals. They have taken 6 months to sort out a medical. They seem incapable of completing paperwork correctly, they missed the Fit Test entirely, they send you a Jobfit Report that no mine site will accept, instead of the Coal Services Report. DO NOT USE.

Do not recommend any employers to send their people here.

Disorganised booking system wasting our time.
Severe lack of medical professionalism from staff. Nurse gave poor explanations of assessments and struggled to use some of their own equipment. Was thankful to get through this assessment anyway.

It was horrible, terrible service with the customer without counting the neglect, we made an appointment and received an email to arrive 5 minutes in advance and when we arrived here, the receptionists said that everyone would leave for lunch and return after an hour, my service was scheduled for 12:45 and I was only attended at 3:00 pm, this is really boring
