I had read all the horror stories and bad reviews and due to my injury being so complicated and serious… I was going in with a sense of dread. However, after my IME’s with both Dr Sophie Waller and Dr Peter Bentivoglio I can only give a great review. I found them to be very professional, polite and fair in their reports. I have a great case worker Ali V at EML, and am happy to have had the contribution of Dr Waller and Dr Bentivoglio in reviewing my injury.

Waiting a long time for my ime report way past the drs time frame fairly disappointed. Would be nice if you can follow up with the ime it’s been over 20 days

What a surprise. Another Dr paid off by EML insurance to write IME's in their favour. Despite all the previous evidence of other medications and things not helping my pain Allan decided I needed to talk to a psychiatrist/psychologist about it (Because talking about pain makes it go away of course)

But wait, I get a call from my case manager saying Allan thinks going to see a pain specialist will be more beneficial, even though I've already seen 2 and they have referred me to other specialists because they are unable to help me. So now if I want my medication I have to pay out of pocket for which is almost impossible with what Centrelink gives you

I don't think they even look at any reports. I think they genuinely just make up whatever is necessary to deny you. Even if you ask for it to be reviewed it will take a month or 2 and they will just say "We stand by the report"

Frankly there is nothing you can do with EML. Just go to a RTO lawyer right away long before you have problems. Anyone that EML refers you to won't help you

It would be helpful if they employed doctors who didn't lie through their teeth.
You sit there with piles of medical evidence from several doctors and specialists plus the reports of functionality impairment and somehow, (it shouldn't be legal but apparently it is) they decide to ignore pretty much everything and write an unacceptable report literally filled with lies.
No wonder they only work for insurance companies. They would never have any clients otherwise. God forbid if a patient showed up with cancer, they would likely tell them it's just all in their head 😂
Anyways, if your insurer is sending you here, make sure you have an independent medical review done aside from these guys, or you'll never get anywhere. Don't let these morons bully you.

Get ready to have 0 support and not be listened to!! The moment you see the doctors in this fraudulent clinic your claim will be disputed. They treat you like a liar and side with insurance!!

I found Associate Professor Craig Waller, an exceptionally respectful professional who treated me with the utmost of decorum and compassionate ethos. I would recommend him to anyone. Naturally, today was the only appointment I shall have with him, and opinions may vary to the degree of my disability. Regardless of his professional appraisal - whether it be negative, neutral or positive - he is entitled to make his determinations. I just liked his impeccable candour and straightforwardness.
There has to be a meeting in the middle when it comes to compensation. Thank you, Doctor Waller.
