It was my first time trying acupuncture and I loved it! Audrey was so attentive and kind explaining how it works. Before the session, I was tense and after the session I was very relaxed. It was incredible. I’ll definitely be back.

Audrey provided amazing prenatal acupuncture care for me in the lead up to my third birth. Physically it was my easiest pregnancy, and I went into my birth feeling calm and energised. I have seen a few Acu practitioners across three pregnancies and Audrey is the best of them!

Audrey is an amazing practitioner, I have been to see Audrey off and on over a few years for different reasons - for digestive health, for migraines, for stress, for injury - and I couldn't recommend Audrey highly enough. She is incredibly knowledgable, intuitive, holistic and practical, and her treatments work. Thank you Audrey for making a big difference.

I feel good! My treatment with Audrey was such a lovely experience. I felt like I was in such safe hands. She assessed in the Traditional Chinese Medicine way with the tongue, pulse etc. She also considers bloods and understands much of western medicine, so she is able to work alongside rather than against current treatments.
The needling was "Japanese style", light and not uncomfortable at all.
I want to drag all of my friends and family with any issues at all to Dr Audrey!!

I have been to several acupuncturists in my life and Dr Audrey is the best I have seen so far. Her treatments have made a real difference is helping me overcome various health issues. She is very knowledgeable and takes a holistic approach to her treatments. She explains thoroughly the issue and what her approach will be so you have a good understanding of the treatment and expectations of the outcome. I’ve recommended her to family and friends and all have been really happy with Dr Audrey. Highly recommend Dr Audrey to anyone looking for a truely experienced practitioner.

I met Audrey De Jager when I was suffering a really nasty bout of SIBO and some hormone issues after coming off the contraceptive pill. She helped me overcome my symptoms by treating me using acupuncture and a diet protocol which included Chinese herbs and supplements to restore my gut-health and kill the nasty bugs. Audrey helped me with gut/liver/stress issues I've suffered with my whole life & explained them in a way no other practitioner was able to, and I couldn't be happier with her service. She uses gentle Japanese techniques and is such a wealth of knowledge. I recommend her to so many of my friends and clients who suffer similar to me. I really feel so lucky to have been helped by her, I still see her every month, highly recommend.

I’ve been going to Audrey for some time now and she has been so helpful and supportive. She really tries to understand your symptoms and look at it through the lens of traditional medicine, giving advice beyond her acupuncture practice. Every time I leave her office I feel reassured and like my body has had a reset! Appreciate everything she has done for me the last few months.
