I’ve been receiving rTMS and iTMS/TBS (Intermittent Theta Burst Stimulation) treatment through Monarch Mental Health Group for nearly five years and have consistently found their clinical care to be exceptional. The clinicians I’ve worked with have been warm, empathetic, and highly professional, creating a safe and supportive environment that has made a genuine difference in my mental health journey.

The treatment itself has been outstanding, but I’ve occasionally found it difficult to get in touch with the patient care bookings team. I understand this is something Monarch is actively working to improve, and the clinicians have been more than happy to assist with any booking related enquiries during my appointments.

Dr.Kavitha Shankar is an excellent psychiatrist. Her approach has been incredibly helpful for me in dealing with mental health journey. Dr Kavitha patient, understanding, and create a safe space to discuss challenging issues. I felt heard and respected throughout my treatment. Dr Kavitha thorough, attentive, and always take the time to answer my questions and address my concerns. I feel much more stable and in control thanks to her expertise. I highly recommend Dr Kavitha to anyone seeking psychiatric care.

Pain Specialist sent these people a referral for Psychiatry along with TMS

They have called me to make an initial appointment but then rescheduled few days later, then I received another call saying that the doctor is unavailable and they will switch me with another Doctor. TODAY they called again to confirm my booking and a few hours later called again to say they need to reschedule just after confirming my appointment. This is literally one day before my initial appointment.

This place is a joke, no respect or regard for fellow patients or their mental illnesses.
