I want to sincerely thank the team at Sydney Doctors for the excellent care I received.

Before my appointment, I called the clinic and I was helped by a woman who truly made a difference. I had to call her multiple times due to personal hesitation, but she remained patient, kind, and genuinely concerned. After I explained my symptoms, she encouraged me to come in as soon as possible, assuring me it was important not to delay. Her empathy and gentle words made me feel safe and supported even before arriving.

During my visit, the service was just as exceptional. The doctor Vienna who treated me was incredibly professional and precise — she explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I fully understood my diagnosis and treatment.

Thank you to everyone who cared for me. I felt respected, seen, and genuinely looked after at every step.

Went for stitch removal after cosmetic surgery. Nurse Grace did a really amazing job at removing cosmetic stitches that are thinner than the usual one. Dr Vasantha was very caring and was checking up on us during the process. Definitely will be coming back in future! Very happy with the help they have provided.

Dr Zhao is one of the most caring Drs I have ever come across, I am so glad I found him, he has been with me through the toughest time of my life with extreme back issues, and I never feel like a burden, he actually cares and he talk you through the possibilities that some things may not work in a kind and understanding way, I have never been so impressed by a Dr and I work in the medical field myself, so managing my realistic outcomes are very understanding, he takes time and effort to what tests may need done and referrals which are needed. I have sent my partner to see him and also a close friends as my trust in him does not falter.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Got me in within 10 mins for my covid shot. Filled out patient form on my walk over and they got me see Dr. Nguyen within a minute of arrival and I walked out with my Covid shot ten minutes later. Well done!
