Do not go here - if I could leave 0 stars I would. Showed up for my scheduled appointment, nobody was there, and door was locked. Called the number and they said they “don’t do that anymore” and that they stopped offering those services. Well this is the number the appointment, website, & confirmation email said to call if I have questions? All over their website is advertised for the service I needed and the appointment was crystal clear. The lady on the other end was super unprofessional and rude and hung up after I tried explaining my situation. Terrible customer service and left feeling super confused and disappointed. Don’t make an appointment with them for a specific service that they say they offer, because you will be disappointed with what happens when you arrive and most of all waste your time.

In order to make the experience much more efficient, the appointment process should suffice as far as the information needed from you, like a scan of drivers license and health card and any other info needed. Requiring to fill out forms again at the location, seems redundant. Also payment of insurance processing fees should also be able to be done online, to avoid time spent processing payment waiting for a receipt. The staff were very nice and helpful.

When we arrived we were immediately greeted in a friendly and professional manner by a receptionist who was expecting us. The registration process was swift and we didn’t have to wait long at all before being led into the testing room. The testing process was also quick and professionally handled.
Everyone was polite and the experience was an excellent one.

The appointment process is a joke. They should let you fill out forms online beforehand, rather than on your phone with a zillion downloads including drivers license and all of your insurance cards. I left and went to Covid 911. It was drive-thru, fast and efficient.

Had a COVID-19 test a few days ago with Pacific Clinical and it is definitely worth every penny. The last time I got tested in another facility, I had to wait 2 weeks to get my results so I had to look for a testing center that has fast turn around time and I found this Laboratory. The process was very quick and easy since there was no waiting time even though there was a lot of people that were getting tested. Staff were very helpful & friendly and all are wearing PPE's.
They have a drive up in front of their building and the test was really quick and not painful at all! I came in at around 8 am and got my results before 6pm. Thank God it was negative!!! Highly recommended!!!

It was super easy to schedule, very flexible and the testing was convenient done while
I was in the car in a drive thru. My PCR results were available within 6 hours, and were able to see exposure through my graph. Highly recommend

Overall happy.
But,
The major issue I had was when I'm making a reservation prior to arriving. I had to input all my info on the website when making a reservation.
When I arrived the nurse asked me for the exact same info all over again and had to write it down on a piece of paper by hand. Please fix this to save everyone's time.
Also,
Not exactly drive thru. It's park on the street and then walk up unless you happen to get a parking spot right on the southwest corner of 15th and Arizona.

I went here for my Chinese Embassy approved COVID test prior to the Olympic Games in Beijing. The website was great and easy to navigate and there were a lot of appointment options. Location was a pop up tent outside a medical building and the appointment was easy. What could be improved is that the price on the website was $180.00 USD but actual cost was $200.00. Also, when you get to the appointment, you have to scan a QR code and then pay online while you're there at your appointment, but the QR code is a site that doesn't appear to be related to Pacific Clinical Labs. Then you receive a receipt from someone else entirely different. I started to worry that I went to the wrong place. Turn around time is 6-12 hours for the result. I received my results in about 10 hours which was a little bit stressful as I was leaving for the airport and needed to do a lot of paperwork that was pending the result. In the end, it all worked out and the doctor reading the lab results texted me directly to let me know I was negative and that she was sending my results. Thanks PCL!
