Absolutely disgraceful organisation. The staff in management is unapproachable, they do not answer your questions directly. Do not understand Ndis’s commission.
Glad I have my client out of there. They are only interested in the money
No idea of person entered care. The support workers I feel very sorry for, they worked with my client exceptional. But were yelled at for absolute nothing. In fact it was managements fault. Please and I beg you do not use this service

Most unprofessional and pathetic organisation, definitely will not last long !! especially the director, and all management, very inexperienced, and an audit of all organisations policies ,financial outgoings, and expenditures need high level review. Which has already been actioned 😬

staff jamie the house coordinator told paticient afyer client told her she feels like taking her life. Jamies reply was if its your time to go, its your time to go!!
Staff bullied by new management. Nobody followed it up, management encouraged me to unalive myself. Grooming clients. Would not recommend they are not professional.

Since have stolen funding from my ndis.. Lawfully actions are being taken
