I saw Jerome this evening. He was absolutely amazing. He advised me not to purchase glasses until I had more tests and trial some eyedrops for 4 weeks. You are not just a sale when it comes to this store. Staff are friendly and approachable.

Fantastic service starting at reception . Optometrist Leona looked after me . She was prompt, thorough and professional . And had a very calm presence . After my diagnosis , she did every thing she could to get me treated . Thanks Leona , you are amazing at what you do and Specsaver is lucky to have you on the team .

Staff that greeted me were friendly and addressed me promptly. I was directed to my eye test quickly and my appointment was on time. My glasses arrived when they said and my fitting was fast and efficient. Great all round service!

Excellent customer service, from the time you step in the door, until you leave with your new glasses. Staff are super friendly and helpful and the process really quick and easy. After an assessment of your vision and eye care, to choosing your frames. Such good value too!! I paid half what I paid for glasses at a local optometrist and my new purchase included a pair of scripted sunglssses too. I have never had scripted sunglasses before and love these!!! If you are considering new eye glasses, just check in with Specsavers first, you will be surprised at how much you will save!! Katherine

The staff were extremely helpful and worked very hard to help my husband with getting his new glasses. The circumstances were difficult as my husband has dementia and severe Oesto making it difficult for him to learn forward. They were sympathetic and patient with him. Highly recommend this team of very professional staff.

The optometrist that checked my eyes was knowledgeable, nice and professional. The staff are kind welcoming and approachable. I would definitely recommend spec saver with my family and friends.

I feel I am treated and prescribed at the top of the bell curve. I don’t think my needs fall in that area. I think allowance should be made for individual differences and staff should listen and act on it when I express my needs.
