I would give 0 if I could. Dr suri is the rudest doctor I've ever met, so unprofessional and so rude, he made my mother leave the practice shaking. never go here.

I was deeply shocked by the way I was treated after my appointment today. I was spoken to condescendingly, and asked to repeat my plans for the day, as if English were my second language.

The issue arose simply because I wasn't sure about the antibiotic I was prescribed and chose not to take it. Back in Sydney, my previous doctor always conducted a thorough examination before prescribing any antibiotics.

The entire experience was extremely degrading and rude, leaving me in tears.

I have been to all the doctors in town and Dr Suri and Dr Martes are superior! They are informative, caring, great with my two kids, and thoroughly investigate all issues. I won’t go anywhere else now.

Very rude staff at front desk with no medical qualifications who think they know more about a patients health, condition & wellbeing then the patient. They do not actively listen to what the patient is expressing & give doctors misleading information. Reception staff & doctors have no empathy for patients with psyical disabilities or mental illnesses. Doctors are only interested in getting patients addicted to the opioid medications that will incease the value of the shares of pharmaceutical suppliers. Surgery is filthy dirty & smells like camel droppings & is very uninviting. Patient's dusty paper files are stored unsecured. Surgery needs to get updated with todays technology like other doctor sugeries in area. Very old outdated service where medicare card has to be presented to staff for appointment confirmation.
