Bad experience, the doctor i saw had a uni student with him and I said i would let the student conduct the appointment, this was fine and the student was lovely but I was then charged for a long appointment, if I had known i was going to be asked so many questions and take up so much time i would have said no. I was then denied any treatment to my strep through diagnosis and told it will go away in a few days, i went to a doctor a few days later even more sick and i got told i had quite severe stress throat and got given antibiotics. I should have been given the correct medication the first time!

The receptionists are very rude, the entire practice is always running 30 mins late and they misdiagnosed our newborn as having no problems when presenting with allergic reactions. Had to see other doctors in the area to get proper treatment. They often cancel or reschedule your appointment at the last minute. One of the few local practices that don’t bulk bill. After several visits with the same substandard treatment we’ve given up! Don’t waste your time here.

Dr Goldberg is truely one of those rare and wonderful Doctors. With an exceptional knowledge base in wide and varied fields, combined with a high level of experience. His approach is always full of compassion and understanding, he is clearly dedicated to providing the upmost care for people. He truely listens to his patients and with his excellent knowledge and skills, in my experience, gets to the bottom of the real issues and finds solutions. He has worked miracles with my endometriosis immediately, where no other doctor I have seen in Australia in 3 decades, could make any difference and Dr Goldberg immediately got to the bottom of other issues as well. I have also seen him provide excellent health care and support to both of my elderly parents. Highly recommended as an exceptional Doctor all round.

Beyond disappointing. Had a booking for my newborn at 3.15pm and still had not been seen by 4.20pm (with hardly anyone else in the waiting room). By then my son was getting tired, hungry, and uncomfortable so we left after over an hour of waiting. Would not return or recommend.

Great medical practice with wonderful doctors! It is a very friendly place from the moment you walk through the front door. Awesome receptionist too. She always has a smile to welcome you.

Receptionist made me cry, horrible customer service. Haven’t even been in yet. Just over the phone.
Edit: must have been a bad day perhaps because I’ve been there twice after the incident and have been greeted each time with only kindness.

My two star is no only for this medical centre only as always I finished in the hospital before I can get an appointment . a bit noisy place , they always running late al least 20 minutes ,(I don't understand why , when you are only 5 minutes in consultation), hard to get an appointment ,usually appointment available is in 15 days, and they are a bit rude at the phone !!
