A hidden gem, incredible, clean and instantly felt welcomed and comfortable.
Michelle is highly knowledgable, patient and attentive for a first timer using this particular colonic irrigation system.
Sauna, shower, complimentary drinks. Cannot wait for next visit and highly recommend. I was a hard case as well and she cracked it. ?great deals‍

I am doing a detox and had my first colon therapy session with Michelle here. I was quite apprehensive before booking but Michelle explained it all really well and even sent a video that shows you the whole process. The whole session was v comfortable and I felt refreshed and light after. The rooms are private and v clean, they even have an infrared sauna which is good post treatment. I highly recommend this place if you're considering doing a colon cleanse for your body.

Michelle also made a yummy smoothie for me post the session.

I had the pleasure of trying the colonic hydrotherapy treatment, and it was truly one of the most amazing experiences I have ever had.

The process of cleaning the colon and getting rid of toxins made me feeling incredibly fresh and rejuvenated. I was impressed by the level of expertise and professionalism demonstrated by Kristy, who guided me through the treatment and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process.

Her extensive knowledge of the treatment and her reassuring demeanor allowed me to fully relax and enjoy the experience. I cannot express enough how much I appreciate her guidance and expertise during my visit.

I had a wonderful experience today at full circle health with Michelle, she is so lovely and professional, explains everything thoroughly and makes you feel very comfortable through the whole experience of a colonic and sauna. The bone broth she gave me to drink was delicious and even the shower at the end had everything you would need. Everything is thought out very well. Would highly recommend visiting full circle health in Caringbah!

Absolutely amazing experience!! Michelle was incredible she talked me through the whole process and kept me comfortable the entire time. The infrared sauna was so relaxing afterwards and i loved the take home probiotic drink! overall 10/10 experience!
