I went in for an MRI yesterday (10/03/2025) - and the whole process was excellent. The lady who helped me out at the reception was informative, helpful and very friendly. The MRI was done by Dean - what a pleasure he was too. I was having some difficulty getting comfortable on the MRI “table” due to back issues and he just kept trying to find ways to get me comfortable … which he did. He then asked me to select what type of music I wanted to listen to … again, spot on!
Thank you Dean and the rest of the team for making so much effort!

My daughter had to have an ultrasound and she is Autistic and dosent like anyone touching her. We had Mon from the Nowra SMI and she was absolutely fantastic with her. Made her feel completely at ease and would definetly recommend.

Thank you so much for looking after me today with my MRI. We were warmly welcomed by the lovely staff as soon as we walked in the door. When I had my MRI the man was so lovely, caring and helped me through it as I get anxiety. You were all amazing. You won't be sorry coming here.

I have been to SMI three times in the last six months for MRI’s and had a wonderful experience each time (as wonderful experience as you can have when having a MRI!) The reception staff are all very helpful and polite, and Dean who has done my MRI’s is very reassuring and kind. Thank you to everyone there for your help, you are greatly appreciated.

I came in for an ultrasound today, and Mon was absolutely amazing, went out of her way after finding something else not right, she rang my drs and rang me to let me know the outcome, she was so professional and had a great personality, I'm very grateful to have had her.
