I visited for a facial due to an acne breakout. Initially, my 9am appointment didn’t go through (my mistake), but the staff was incredibly kind and managed to fit me in within an hour! While waiting, they suggested a few great coffee spots since I’m not from Nowra – such a thoughtful touch. Thanks for the tips!

About the facial: I’ve had many facials before, and often therapists leave you alone when products need time to work. Here, they truly take their time with you, offering relaxing neck and head massages while the products do their job. It’s such a lovely experience. Now, two days later, my acne has visibly improved!

It’s a shame I’m not from Nowra or nearby, because I’d definitely come back here. Highly recommend!

Had a lash lift done (plus other things) and my lashes were way over processed and ended up very damaged and brittle. Even my Lower lashes were curly and damaged. They were way over curled and getting stuck in my eyelids. I messaged through fb just letting them know and asked if there was anything to help settle them down. They saw my message but didn't reply until I sent another one. They apologised that it happened and asked how long since I had my last last lift. I answered and even asked about what facial they would recommend but they saw that message and I've never heard back from them. Really disappointed as I really enjoyed my time there and thought I had found my beauty salon. I was never rude and all I wanted was advice on if there was something to help sooth and settle them down. It's been 2 weeks and I have lashes falling out every day.

Laser didn’t do anything after heaps of sessions. Did teeth whitening and the girl forgot about me whilst in there and didn’t make a difference after. Disappointed with my experience:(
