Don’t go here. The place is ran by young girls who belittle their clients. My Mum was greeted rudely for being close to 10 minutes late at 9am. She was the first customer and then had to wait another 10 minutes while they “got the room ready”. After complaining about the rude service the “manager” was brought in who also continued to be rude. My Mum had already paid for a further 3 appointments in which they cancelled later that day out of spite. Very unprofessional and disappointing/ disgusting service.

I always feel fantastic after treatments, Alanis is a multi tasker running everything and spoiling clients at the same time.

Really disappointed with the laser clinics Australia nowra store. My husband was charged a $250 dishonour fee for ‘missing’ 1 appointment. He tried to explain to them that he responded to the confirmation text message with a ‘no’, but there response was ‘it was not received hence charging the fee’. He has been going there for over a year and has never missed an appointment, there response to that was ‘yeah but you have changed them multiple times’. Life is extremely busy and sometimes you have to change appointments, at least he has given enough notice every single time.
He asked if they would waive the fee or even make it a smaller amount but they refused too as it’s in there policy.
There is absolutely no loyalty with there customers. That amount of money to us is huge, we are really feeling the hit from that. Our whole family will not be coming back to this store.

I am unable to respond to your reply down below, but in reference to that.. all previous appointments were cancelled within the required timeframe.. the lady on the phone confirmed that, as this has been a previous discussion over the phone, it was explained to us ‘that cancellations were inconvenient’.. and our response to that is.. we followed your policy and notified you in advance, life is busy and sometimes it can be challenging booking so far in advance with shift work and unexpected changes that require cancelling and rebooking. You can’t expect customers to never cancel an appointment, especially when they are following your policy for cancellations. Very disappointing.

Just had my appointment at Laser Clinics Nowra and I have to say, the service you get there from the moment you walk in the door until you leave is 110%. The girls there are so friendly and welcoming. I’ve been to other clinics before but LCN makes me feel so comfortable every time I’m there. If. Anyone is considering laser treatments, definitely don’t go anywhere but Laser Clinics Nowra. 👍
