This is the perfect getaway location to the South Coast of NSW! Perched right on the beach, these beautiful beach villas are so charming and wholesome! Whether you want to go to the beach (a minute walk right from the hotel), play Golf next door or drive to nearby hotspots like Berry - this is the place to stay! My husband and I love staying in Villa 2 as it has a wonderful golf course view from its private verandah at the back of the Villa. The service is also unmatched, with the team always going above and beyond to make you feel welcome. There is also an amazing restaurant onsite so everything is in the one place.

Bangalay Luxury Villas is a nice getaway in a great location. For a 4-star hotel at a premium price we did expect better, but our stay was still nice. The location is nice and tucked away, so it feels like you're in a private retreat with nothing around, which is amazing when you're close to places like Berry and Gerringong. The room configurations are great, and it's excellent they have options for both 1 and 2 bedroom villas. The pool is nice, but quite small and wasn't very well maintained when we visited in February.

The main letdown is the cleanliness and upkeep of their rooms. For the reputation and presentation of Bangalay Luxury Villas we expected immaculate, but it was far from it. The villa felt dusty and unclean, with every single wall covered in visible marks and scratches. The bathroom was the worst bit, their tile choice makes it look like they're covered in grime. We asked if someone could give the bathroom a quick clean when we first arrived but the reply we got was brazen, and made us quite uncomfortable. Due to the reply we thought they weren't going to fix it... but a lovely young girl came and even agreed that it needed another clean! For a luxury villa I expect a luxury bathroom, and this was not it!

Hopefully they work on those few things, because I would love to come back but probably won't without better maintenance of their accommodation.

Amazing place only recently discovered. The rooms are very large and set on the golf course and the over the sand dunes to 7 mile beach.
All the staff are extremely welcoming from reception to the cleaners.
The restaurant is good depending on the night a previous visit was average but this one was great.
Regardless I highly recommend Bangalay Luxury Villas

I had a wonderful 4 night stay in February and wished I had more time here !! All of the staff are absolutely wonderful. They made me feel so comfortable and so special during my stay! The only downfall is the restaurant is not open daily so I didn’t get to enjoy all the amazing food they have to offer ! But from what I tasted it was excellent! And next time please have oysters for me ! Haha! Thanks for a wonderful stay love from NYC!

Nice surroundings for a relaxing getaway. 2 EV chargers available (wish non-EV cars don't park there because there are many other available parking spots).
Rooms feel basic, bathroom with open shower isn't great and wish they have a bathtub.
Close to Seven Mile Beach, a playground and nearby parks.
Bangalay dining is ok but there are better options outside with better value dining.
Pool is heated but still fairly cold

We stayed in Bangalay for some days before Christmas with two small kids. Our stay in Bangalay was absolutely fantastic! ||The houses/bunglows and the other facilities are in very good condition. The breakfast was actually the best we have had during our 2 month trip in Australia. However, the best with Bangalay is the super friendly and professional staff. So kind and helpful which made our stay very memorable! Michelle, the owner of the hotel, is a true superstar and one of the kindest person we have ever met ❤️||Conclusion: Go to Bangalay now - we have only positive things to say about this fantastic place!

What an experience!! Perfect location, rooms (villas) are quite large and very clean with all amenities, and very private. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The one hat Restaurant was perfect for breakfast and dinner.

What a superb property! This is a little piece of paradise. The villas are ultramodern and extremely stylish. I don't think I've ever slept in such a comfortable bed. It was a lovely touch having a yoga mat in the villa. I did an online class overlooking the lush gardens and golf course. The degustation at Bangalay Dining was delicious, showcasing the region's fresh produce. And the beautiful beach is only a minute's walk away!
