I cannot recommend Dane highly enough! Over the past year, he has been absolutely brilliant in helping me rehabilitate after my car accident. His expertise, dedication, and unwavering support have made such a difference in my recovery.

Dane is not only extremely professional and polite, but he also has a great ability to push and encourage his clients, even on the toughest days. There were times when I felt at my worst, but his guidance and motivation kept me going, and I am so grateful for that.

His knowledge and commitment to his work are truly exceptional, and he is a credit to Optimum Health Solutions. While I will miss working with him, I know that anyone who has the opportunity to be under his care is in the best hands possible.

My kids have been attending optimum health solutions for 3 years. At 1st I'd say how awesome the therapist there were & how well it was managed. The speech therapist Chris has always been awesome with both my kids , different levels & needs, same with the Ot Michael. We have seen lots of staff come & go because except for the ot & speech therapist that have been there for years they can't keep there staff. I wouldn't recommend going there if you or the person you care for find it hard to get use to new people, even when they say they will be there for ages , the other therapist move on to work somewhere better. Recently I was told that the current behaviour therapist was going, but she would still be working a couple days a week there to work with clients still that wouldn't cope with yet another new person. She was great very dedicated. Than I get an email with no notice that she no longer worked there that the afternoon I received the email was her last day. She was going to see my daughter the following week with her finished report. When I've tried to ask optimum about it, none of the staff knew what was going on. They had another excellent Allied health person there but she wasn't even registered with the NDIS yet to do reports or have approval to do behaviour therapy work & they couldn't even tell me when anything else would be done. Over the years the customer service putting the clients 1st has dropped & if my kids I care for would handle seeing new good therapist somewhere else, I'd pull them out of Optimum health solutions completely.
