I arrived 30 minutes before closing time. 11.30am on a Saturday. Turned away because courier was there. Perhaps you should advertise different opening times if you are going to be driven by the couriers schedule?

I would like to say that I am very pleased with the overall service that I have received while obtaining my blood works today. The staff there were very helpful and friendly. I wanted to say thanks to Priyanka Ananth. She was very skilled in finding my vein to insert the needle which others have taken several attempts.

Had to be at work and had to have a few things done so I arrived early and the man was very efficient, gentle and lovely. I was very impressed and will be going back there for future tests.

Convenient and open at 7am, not much queue, but for a reason. The lady who took my husband's and I's blood was very inexperienced.

I experienced pain from the insertion and changing tubes (normally minimal pain). Compression time wasn't sufficient, so when the bandaid was put on, blood still leaked out (had to compress and redress again).

Husband's experience was worse, pain from every part of the process. Somehow only took only 1 tube of blood from left arm (maybe rookie error?), then had to jab the right arm for another tube, which still hurts 30 minutes after.

Would not return again for fear of a similar experience.

Waited 1 hour 30 minutes from 7am. Sign on door says open weekdays from 7am. Eventually contacted Laverty to be told pathology closed all day. Very poor.
