To be honest, the receptionist is lovely. It’s my first ever pregnancy, and I had requested an appointment with a female, I didn’t get her name but she made the experience for me and my husband so uncomfortable. She seemed in a rush and couldn’t see the baby which is fine, she didn’t try to check for heartbeat which was very weird as I was 7 weeks. Then when husband and I said thank you she ignored us and continued exiting the room. I was walking out and asked her a question as a first time mum, and her answer to me asking if everything should be fine cause we didn’t see anything was “You did a blood test didn’t you and it showed you were pregnant” I had said yes and she said then you’re pregnant. The experience made it very uncomfortable and I don’t want to go back to her at all. Do not recommend for pregnancy ultrasounds.

I’ve been coming here for a while now for my pregnancy ultrasounds, and I’m normally welcomed with such nice lady’s. I had a woman named Dalia today and I had the most rude and uncomfortable experience with her. I entered the room and she didn’t greet me at all, she was instantly rude to me because I was a little late, speaking very passive aggressive, she then ignored me after I replied to her as well. I was instantly uncomfortable, then in pain because of how hard she was pushing on my stomach. She didn’t speak at all or let me know that my baby was okay just continues sighing from her. I was so excited to see my baby after a while and I just felt so horrible after this. If you’re in this field, treat people with kindness because you don’t know what people are going through! Disgusting.

Thank you Harbour Radiology for good service. We were late for 20 minutes due to heavy traffic on the way and we drove 1 hour almost to reach here but staffs were kind enough to accommodate me for ultrasound. Thank you Dalia and the team.

It was an easy experience. I turned up for lumber scan with no appointment and still was able to have all finished in about half an hour. More then happy with how they put me thru with no hassles at all.

very friendly staff, make you comfortable. never had to wait past my appointment time. always a pleasure dealing with them. highly recommend and also bulk billed which is hard to find these days.
