I had a very disappointing experience at this pharmacy due to the unprofessional behavior of the owner. Instead of addressing my concerns respectfully, the owner was dismissive and rude, making me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I expect a higher level of professionalism, especially when dealing with people’s health and well-being.

A pharmacy should be a place of trust, but unfortunately, this experience left me feeling frustrated and unsupported. I will be taking my business elsewhere and do not recommend this pharmacy to others. A little courtesy and professionalism go a long way—sadly, it was lacking here.

Fantastic experience. Pharmacist went above and beyond to find a solution for a prescription issue. Offered to contact numerous parties to assist and even offered to keep the pharmacy open past closing time to ensure it was sorted. Nice to see people really caring these days!

I dropped in to get some prescription pain meds because Chemist warehouse was too busy. The staff were nice but I didn't realise I would be charged 3 times the price more for the same script I got at Chemist Warehouse a few weeks ago...

Misleading signage outside and on counter - I wanted to enquire about a flu vaccine and was immediately shown this sign stating fully booked for the day - I walked away and when entering the booking site, saw multiple slots open for the day (including one in 5 mins)
The vaccine itself was administered by the pharmacist and was fine and the reason for the 3 stars. I raised with him as well as the cashiers that the sign is misleading and incorrect as it is not fully booked for the day and I can see several spots.
Both response was aah probably it was forgotten to take down the sign when it was fully booked before. I would think this should be part of someone’s job to check The pharmacy was not very busy when I was there and it was already 10am.
Displaying incorrect signage by an entity such as a pharmacy one should trust is not fair to the public. Rather change the wording if there are issues regarding staffing etc. I want to support smaller pharmacists but this experience has not encouraged me to do this.

Such lovely staff. Well organised and efficient. I don't go to any other chemist and I hope I never have to.
