Not forthright about consultation fee over the phone, also advised a very different (and lower) fee for stitches. The stitches themselves were done too tight (according to the GP at a different practice) and were infected, which required another round of antibiotics.

Dr Mahajan is very up-to-date with his knowledge and practice. Leisa at reception is always very helpful.
Other benefits include: easy to park and access, has pathology collection on-site (which is really convenient), spacious centre (you get a good distance if anyone else is contagious)

I thought I should take an opportunity to express my gratitude and appreciation for the outstanding care and service received at your beautiful medical centre over the past 10 years. Every visit Is a testament to the warm, welcoming and professional environment you have cultivated.
The staff at the front desk have always been incredibly kind, polite and willing to go extra mile to ensure that each visit Is as smooth and comfortable as possible. Their dedication and friendliness never go unnoticed and I am truly grateful for the care they extend to all patients.
I also want to highlight the incredible compassion and professionalism of the Pathology team, whose gentle approach always puts me at ease. Their attentiveness has been a significant part of my positive experience.
Most importantly, I wish to extend my gratitude to our kindest doctor Mrs. Sawhney whose guidance and care have always been invaluable to me and our family. Over the past 10 years she has consistently provided the best direction for my health, and I am so grateful to have such a compassionate and knowledgeable doctor supporting me and my family.
It is rare to find a medical facility where every aspect from the environment to the staff and exceptional care provided by the doctors is so thoughtfully designed with the patients well-being in mind. Very unhappy with the way this medical center handled our Sons leg infection.

1) The antibiotics prescribed were not sufficient based on his weight (55kg) which should have been an adult not child dose. After. A week of treatment we had to see another doctor to learn this.

2) Swab test results weee never communicate d back to us ? Only after our new doctor asked did we have to ring back and demand to be informed what type of infection it was.

I’m upset because had we not seen another doctor, our sons infection could have become progressively worse and at an extreme case amputation.

I won’t mention the name of the Indian doctor we saw but I really hope this center gets it act together.

Convenient, easy to get there, plenty of parking, very helpful and kind staff. Very friendly doctors as well as very experienced doctors. I have been going there for over 15 years. Our family has consulted Dr Suhas Mahajan at St Ives Medical Centre for a variety of reasons over the last few years.
Dr Mahajan is thorough and enquiring; he is an excellent diagnostician, and he has great bedside manner.
When required, Dr Mahajan has also referred us to excellent, relevant specialists.
His rooms are open 7 days a week with extended hours, and include a DHM Pathology and a Treatment Room. There are also Nurses available to assist with procedures, and additional Drs on staff.
With 4 young kids, this comprehensive solution provides my wife and me with the comfort our family's healthcare needs are being met. It has also alleviated the need to attend hospital on more than a few occasions.
